Contracted to design a world-class Medical Diary Application, this app provides users with a secure and welcoming space to log their daily health concerns and medications, allowing doctors to access their entries and provide personalized care. Designed with a calming blue palette, the interface is visually inviting, encouraging consistent use and easing users’ comfort in recording sensitive health information.

My Approach

Through extensive user research and collaboration with stakeholders, we identified that many users experience anxiety around discussing health issues face-to-face. To address this, I developed a simple, diary-style interface that allows users to log daily symptoms and medications, creating a clear record for healthcare providers to review. Additionally, integrated messaging and call features facilitate seamless communication between patients and doctors, ensuring that support is always within reach. This intuitive design empowers users to take charge of their health journey, fostering trust and enhancing patient-doctor interaction.
